At Kelbak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below are the detailed refund policies for our services.
1. Refund Eligibility Period
Refund requests are accepted up to 12 hours before the start of the third session of a package. Unused sessions will be refunded based on the individual session price, calculated from the total package amount.
The refund amount will be returned after deducting any used session fees and a refund processing fee.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not available for sessions that have already been attended.
If you miss a session due to personal reasons, refunds will not be issued. However, you may reschedule the session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Session Extension
If you need to extend the duration of your package for personal reasons, you may request an extension by contacting Kelbak customer support. Extensions are available for up to 5 months.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is received, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be made through the Kelbak Customer Service Team. Visit the Contact Us page, select [Refund and cancellation], and submit your reason along with the details. You will receive a response within 2-3 business days.
